question

Q. Is Hunt Library open to the public?

answer

Answer

Community patrons may visit Hunt Library, but do not have access to all library services.

Visitors can:

  • Access open study space, including the Quiet Study Room and 4th floor study pods
  • Connect to certain on-campus Wi-Fi networks
  • Access physical resources while in the library

Visitors can not:

  • Use library technology, including computers, printers, and scanners
  • Access electronic resources, such as databases, journals, articles, and ebooks
  • Check out materials
  • Reserve private study rooms

You can view the Map and Parking page for information on visitor parking, please note parking does fill up quickly during the regular semester. Additionally, the Student Union is not accessible to the public in the evening hours.

It is also important to note that due to the collaborative nature of the student work at ERAU, the library can have varying noise levels throughout the semester, as we encourage collaboration within our space.

Community patrons seeking more in-depth library services should visit Volusia County Public Library.
