Answer
The email could be getting caught in your spam or junk mail folder. Sometimes your email provider may even be filtering the email before it gets to your spam folder. To avoid this, you can "whitelist" our email address and/or add the email to your contact list. The email address to whitelist or add to your contacts is ill@erau.edu.
