If you need to borrow a laptop to complete your courses that have moved online due to Coronavirus, please submit a ticket to IT. This is also for faculty/staff who need a loaner laptop to teach classes during this time.

To submit an IT ticket, log into ERNIE. From the Tools section to the right of the screen, click on IT Support Self Service (see image below). If you don't see this icon on the page, click on All Tools and you will see it. Next, click on Submit a Ticket to begin the process.  IT will be in touch with you about how to obtain your loaner laptop.
