Library study rooms, and all the group study rooms located in the Student Union, can be reserved through SchedulER. Here are the different ways to access SchedulER to reserve a study room:
- Access SchedulER in Ernie in the Tools section (may have to click the All tools> link to see it).
- Use the QR code signs found within each study room to get a direct link to SchedulER.
- For more detailed instructions on how to reserve a room using a Mobile device and a Desktop computer, please scroll to the bottom of this FAQ and click on the files in the Links & Files section.
Once you have access to the SchedulER website, please follow these suggestions in making the reservation:
- Ensure that you have Locations selected in the Select Object field.
- Search for "library" to see a list of the Hunt Library Study Rooms -- SU 347, 348, 349, 350, and 351.
- If you need a specific room, choose it from the list and find an available time slot to reserve.
- If you would like to see availability for all the library study rooms at once for a given day, select the Availability tab and find a time slot that fits your needs.
- Only available rooms will appear in the selection menu for the time slot selected.
- Rooms may be reserved for up to four hours per day.
- If you would like the full four hours, you must make two separate requests of two hours each.
