question

Q. How do I reserve a library study room?

answer

Answer

Library study rooms, and all the group study rooms located in the Student Union, can be reserved through SchedulER. Here are the different ways to access SchedulER to reserve a study room:

  • Access SchedulER in Ernie in the Tools section (may have to click the All tools> link to see it).
  • Use the QR code signs found within each study room to get a direct link to SchedulER.
  • For more detailed instructions on how to reserve a room using a Mobile device and a Desktop computer, please scroll to the bottom of this FAQ and click on the files in the Links & Files section.

Once you have access to the SchedulER website, please follow these suggestions in making the reservation:

  • Ensure that you have Locations selected in the Select Object field.
  • Search for "library" to see a list of the Hunt Library Study Rooms -- SU 347, 348, 349, 350, and 351.
  • If you need a specific room, choose it from the list and find an available time slot to reserve.
  • If you would like to see availability for all the library study rooms at once for a given day, select the Availability tab and find a time slot that fits your needs.
  • Only available rooms will appear in the selection menu for the time slot selected.
  • Rooms may be reserved for up to four hours per day.
  • If you would like the full four hours, you must make two separate requests of two hours each.
  • Please refer to the Study Room Use Policy web page for more information about reserving library study rooms.

The room numbers for the library study rooms are as follows:

  • SU 347
  • SU 348
  • SU 349
  • SU 350
  • SU 351
