For Daytona Beach book requests, we will send out an email notification letting you know that your Interlibrary Loan (ILL) book has arrived and where you can pick it up (typically at the Borrow Desk at the Hunt Library).
For article requests, you will get an email from ILL@erau.edu with the subject line: ILL Request - the article you requested [referral number]. In the email, there is a link to the Article Exchange website and a password to access your article. Make sure to copy the case-sensitive password so that you can paste it into the password box.
